At Gignaati.com, an AI Agents Marketplace and AI Academy, we aim for your satisfaction. This policy outlines conditions for cancellations and refunds for AI Agents, services, and courses purchased through our platform.
At Gignaati.com, an AI Agents Marketplace and AI Academy, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our AI Agents, services, and courses. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our platform. By making a purchase on Gignaati.com, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Cancellations: Orders for AI Agents or services can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not commenced or the AI Agent has not been deployed. To cancel, please contact the AI Freelancer directly or our support team.
Refunds: Refunds are considered if the AI Agent/service is not delivered, is significantly not as described, or has persistent technical malfunctions that the AI Freelancer cannot resolve. Issues arising from a change of mind or lack of user technical proficiency are generally not eligible for refunds. All refund requests must first attempt resolution with the AI Freelancer. If unresolved, submit a formal request to Gignaati.com within 7 days of purchase/delivery, detailing the issue. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Platform fees may be non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify this policy.
Non-Refundable Items: Please note that all purchases of courses within the Gignaati AI Academy are non-refundable. Once a course is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Non-delivery of Service: If an AI Agent or service purchased is not delivered or made accessible to the buyer within the agreed-upon timeframe, and reasonable efforts to resolve the issue with the AI Freelancer have failed.
Service Not as Described: If the AI Agent or service significantly deviates from the description provided on the Gignaati.com marketplace, and the discrepancy cannot be resolved through communication with the AI Freelancer.
Technical Malfunctions: If the AI Agent experiences persistent technical malfunctions that prevent its intended use, and the AI Freelancer is unable to provide a functional solution within a reasonable period.
2. Non-Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after purchasing an AI Agent or service.
Lack of Technical Proficiency: If the issue arises from your lack of technical understanding or inability to use the AI Agent as intended, and the AI Agent is functioning as described.
Disputes with AI Freelancers: While Gignaati.com facilitates communication, direct disputes between buyers and AI Freelancers regarding service quality or expectations that do not fall under
- Completed Services: Once a service has been fully rendered or an AI Agent has been successfully deployed and is functional as per its description.

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
Contact the AI Freelancer: First, attempt to resolve the issue directly with the AI Freelancer who provided the service or AI Agent. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
Submit a Refund Request to Gignaati.com: If a resolution cannot be reached with the AI Freelancer, you must submit a formal refund request to Gignaati.com within 7 days of the purchase date or service delivery date (whichever is later). The request should include:
1. Your Gignaati.com username and email address.
2. The order number or transaction ID.
3. A detailed explanation of the issue and why you believe you are eligible for a refund, referencing the eligibility criteria above.
4. Any relevant communication logs or evidence supporting your claim.
4. Refund Review and Resolution
Upon receiving a refund request, Gignaati.com will:
Review the Request: We will review your request and may contact both you and the AI Freelancer for additional information or clarification.
Mediation (Optional): In some cases, Gignaati.com may offer to mediate the dispute between the buyer and the AI Freelancer to facilitate a mutually agreeable solution.
Decision: We will make a decision on the refund request based on the information provided and our assessment of the situation. Our decision will be final and binding.
5. Refund Issuance
If a refund is approved:
The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5 business days of the approval.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Any platform fees deducted by Gignaati.com from the original transaction may or may not be refunded, depending on the specific circumstances and our internal policies.
6. Changes to This Policy
Gignaati.com reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Refund Policy.
